FRYE MELISSA OVER THE KNEE BOOT A well loved and worn boot. My all time favorite boot- Unfortunately my feet have changed since pregnancy . Polished leather upper. 20 1/2"H over-the-knee shaft may be cuffed; 14 1/2" circumference. 1" stacked flat heel. Stretch panel inset on back. Buckled strap on top back. Partial inside zip. Round toe. Leather lining and sole. "Melissa" is made in Mexico.
