Are the top photos with the white background of the same shoes as the bottom? The wear on the soles looks different

I purchased these, and when I re-polished them, it uses the first set of pictures from the original owner. I took more pictures because I thought they needed to be more detailed. And have more information. They were actually too small for me. My legs were a little bigger And I could get them on, but they were still snug. The pics that are not white are the ones I took.
