Frye OTK leather boots 10

Gently worn Beige OTK boots, I've worn them less then 5 times but I did get caught in the rain with them and there are a few minor spots on the left boot. I don't know if leather cleaner would take out the spots but overall when worn unless looking for them barely noticeable. They are a size 20 and flat. Look at pics for measurements. They are about 10 years old and in fair condition overall, only for the imperfections due to the rain.
