eightybees @nikkisinger89 As for your sizing question, I’m so sorry, but I really can’t say from experience, since these boots are not my size. I looked into their official sizing guide and found it somewhat helpful: https://www.thefryecompany.com/pages/customer-care . I also looked for some reviews other “Veronica” styles, and it seems the general consensus is that they run true to size or slightly large.

nikkisinger89 @eightybees yes, Can you please give sole length and width measurements? also, how would you rate the condition of these on a scale of 1-10 for newness? are they well worn in or practically new?

eightybees @nikkisinger89 Of course! I updated the description with the sole length and width (~ 10.25" x 3.75"). I can't say for certain on the newness, as I am not the original owner of the boots. However, based on the light tread wear and overall condition of the interior/exterior of the boots, they appear to have been worn just a handful of times and have lots of life left. I'm so sorry I'm not able to give you an exact answer on the newness scale, but I hope this helps! LMK if you need anything else!

nikkisinger89 @eightybees thanks for being so helpful! just wanted to let you know, Frye got back to me and they do not carry replacement straps. they suggested a shoe repair shop might be able to recreate a matching one. they would do a warranty repair if the original receipt was provided though.
