I BELIEVE these are the Melinda boot from Frye. They come up a little over the knee and look fantastic with tights and a dress!! They have been worn BUT they are a distressed look boot anyway. The bottom shows the most wear but the boots look and wear fabulously.

I have these same boots and while I do love them they don’t come anywhere close to my knee much less over it. I wished they did. They are at least a inch to a inch 1/2 under my knee.
