svaughn2014 @lynnerd123 ok. It's around 17.5" to 18" flat, pit to pit. Because the front is a true overlap, it moves when I pull on it.the narrowest part of the waist @ the seam is 14" flat

svaughn2014 @lynnerd123 it has no stretch so even though the measurement seems bigger, it does seem like a true size 2. Check out my other listings though. I have so many cute, tiny clothes that I can't fit anymore that are closer to 0/24/xs
