New Here's an elegant fascinator with a fuchsia sinamay base and contrasting black decorations. This fascinator features black coque feathers, a black silk rose, and three black Venise lace flower appliques. The feather ends are wrapped with black real silk ribbon. The fascinator has a circular fuchsia sinamay base that is 4 inches in diameter. Attached comb is sewn on. Comb spine is wrapped with real silk ribbon. Great special occasion fascinator.
