Full Sequin dress

Beautiful full sequin dress with chiffon wrap tie at waist. Shirring at waist has some "popped" stitching which is not noticeable once you are wrapped and tied. This is a small size 4 and was let out slightly at side seam zipper. Dress is fully lined with very deep and revealing neckline.
