Full and Flowy Black and White Summer Skirt

This black and white summer skirt is 100% cotton and deceptively full (it was the only item we had to put on the ground to show the full skirt. The waist band is elastic for comfort and fit. It is the perfect skirt for work or a summer party. The skirt hits right at the knee.
