Full length black velvet evening dress NWOT, PROM, Evening, Formal, Vintage

Black velvet, slim fitting, evening. Dress is fully lined except for sleeves. sleeves are fine mesh with vine and flower detail with dark sequins. never worn or altered. On the back view photo on the mannequin I could not zip it all the way, but the back of the dress does zip all the way up.
