Only worn once, the straps have 3 openings for the button to fasten into to adjust the height. Can be worn as cross back as shown, or standard straps. I’m short (5’3”) and this dress was far too long for me and top too low even on highest setting, perfect for a tall glass of water! I tried to make it work because it’s so beautiful but just doesn’t for my frame and I don’t have a good tailor where I’m living.

lady4god hi. could you measure the armpit to armpit and the length from top of the shoulder to the bottom hem?

hnegvesky @lady4god this one is 63” long with straps on the shortest setting, 16.5” wide

hnegvesky The distance between the 3 buttons is 3”, so that’s how much longer it can be adjusted, in this case made longer since I have on it’s shortest setting

hnegvesky @lady4god no problem, I hope you find something you like! I’ve got many dresses with a similar style listed. I knew someone who worked for the designer (La Plage) and I got carried away since I love them but didn’t have enough occasions to wear them, so I ended up with too many and hoping to find them new homes. lady4god I just noticed you are in SC.....the boutique was on Kiawah Island...we were there for a wedding. Anyway, we live in California...but don't have that brand out this way!

hnegvesky @lady4god this dress is perfect then because I tried really hard to make it work due to loving the brand, how well it’s made, and the print/fabric but even with platform wedges my 5’3” couldn’t make it happen

hnegvesky @lady4god and yes I’m in Charleston and there’s a couple of little boutiques that carry La Plage here and in Beaufort, SC. I love supporting small businesses and brands. I’m surprised they’re not out in CA, seems like another great place to wear them ☀️
