Full length dress

Measured shoulder to bottom: about 50.5" Long. 18" elastic waist will stretch taut to about 30". It's top portion is short, half-sleeved. The top portion of the dress is layered with sheer embroidery. I am guessing the shell layer is polyester. Its lining is possible silk/satin. The whole dress is one color. It is more of a maroon than burgundy, I noticed in pics. The size reads XXL and is in some sort of Asian type of writing. It fit me like a US, Small. If I had to guess, I'd say a size 4 in womens.
