Full length see-thru bottom blue lace formal dress, 14, elastic shoulders/waist

Total length 50’, skirt is 38’ total, inner skirt is 20 inches. Waist and shoulders have elastic. Waist is 16’. Covered button detailing (buttons don’t function). Back zipper. NWT. I bought for a wedding an decided on a different dress.
