Full length skirt w/ elastic waistband- size small

This skirt is light brown corduroy at the top with various printed panels and different colored ribbons separating each panel. The waist is elastic with no tie. Size small tag, but waist easily stretches to fit size large. Waist measures 15 inches and stretches to 23 inches. I wore this skirt from a size XL down to a size small! It is 37.5 inches from waist to hemline, and is full length on me (5'3"). Excellent condition with no flaws!
