Full-length Black Velvet Dress

HOLIDAY PARTIES....A CLASSIC!!!Full-length black velvet dress. Classy pleated decollete area with a scoop neck with snow cap sleeves. High-waisted little belt that has a silver oval jewel in the middle encrusted with CZs. More than happy to answer any questions. I highly encourage him I want everybody get exactly what they want.
