Fun Blue Marbled Tie Off Dress

For the life of me, I can't read what the brand name is. This dress ties as the neck and waist. The bottom hem line comes to a point so it hangs in different wavy lengths. Its a large but can be tied to different sizes and proportions. The little ties have silver rectangle beads. Fun little dress!
