Fun Confetti Pleated Blouse w/ Puffy Shoulders by Cathy Daniels 🎉

This blouse has so many fun details- from the colorful confetti explosion throughout to the tiny black on black polka dots and pleated button down front. The shoulders are puffy and are lined to help keep the shape. The sleeves close with black buttons that are the same as the buttons on the front. I wore it for a fitting shoot with my stylist in Atlanta and then ended up wearing it one time after that. 😏🤷🏼‍♀️😄 * that belt in the last pic is also available for sale in a separate listing as part of a 2 belt bundle. 😉
