Fun Dress

Dress with blue and white diamond shape. Tiered style. V- neck with tie. Sleeves are 3/4 length with elastic. 95% polyester 5% spandex. Size XXL. Never worn. Brand new. Bought at a boutique so there are no tags on it. Lightweight and comfy, just not my style.
