Fun, Flowy Wrap-around Skirt

I purchased this skirt in Spain and have never worn it. It fits XS-S. It is too long for me as I am 5 feet. I love it, and would keep it but the way it’s made it can’t be hemmed. It’s beautiful and can be dressy or casual. Animal- friendly, smoke-free home.
