Fun Layered Flower Skirt

This is a really cute skirt, has a large ruched band around the waist and two layers of fabric. I took a close up photo of the adorable pink and red flower pattern, and you can see the texture of the waist in the tag photo. In the last I tried to show each layer - the top is like chiffon and is somewhat sheer - the second is black and opaque. I speak from experience - it makes you feel like a princess. 👑
