Fun Paint Splattered Blouse 80s inspired

Not quite sure how to describe this top other than FUN! Definitely gives a fun 80s vibe. It's a paint-splattered tank with flowy sleeves that that extends all the way down into the shirt. Elastic waist. Has a bit of sheer to it. Pit to pit measurements is 16 inches. Photos and hanger don't do this shirt justice! Please ask any questions beforehand.
