Fun Silver, Black and Brown Cuff Bracelet

This is a fun and unique silver, black and brown cuff bracelet that I probably purchased on a summer vacation many years ago in a place I cannot remember. The bracelet has a tortoise shell appearance with the silver design overlaid in a slightly elevated fashion. The silver material is quite shiny and almost looks painted on but in any case, very unique. The bracelet opening is 2 and 3/4 inches in diameter, and the cuff is 1 1/2 inches wide.
