Fun Spring Dress

This dress is too cute for words. Dark turquoise in color witk black embroidered flowers fading out at the bottom. Sateen shine it buttons and ties in the back. Add lining with tuelle ruffle for fullness at the bottom. Finishing touch is a black faux belt with a Sparkley flower that only visible in the front. Like new.
