Can wear with or without something underneath, open or closed. 23” long sleeves that can be pushed up. Approx. 18 1/2” from back of neck to bottom. 17” across bust line and tapers to approx. 12” along waist. 76% rayon; 24% nylon. Hand wash, dry flat. Very good condition. No spots or tears.
