Fun in fringe mini from Express in a slip-on, tube style with detachable straps. Lying flat it measures 15 inches at the top offering a couple extra inches with the elastic there for a fitted fit under your arms and 25 1/2 inches in length. Otherwise the body of the dress is polyester/spandex but not much stretch is offered here due to the rows of fringe sewn in the way they are which I showed in the pics. Dry clean only. Very gently loved, only worn once. There is a spot where a few strands of fringe were sewn into the side seam and I took a close-up pic of it. It’s the last one listed. They form a small loop. It was purchased this way and I didn’t even know it was there until I looked it over real close to sell so it’s not very noticeable.
