How far above the knee does this skirt come? I would love to buy it but i have to make sure its in school dress code lol (the dress code is dumb) and also is the waist band elastic or not?

@kelly_e so sorry for the delay in response. The blue skirt is 17in in length and the pink is 19in. They have elastic in the back but not front. They both also have loops for a belt.
