cdevere23 @alialirose hi! I am normally a 4-6. This is a little loose on me but it can be worn tight or loose. It also has adjustable straps :)

alialirose @cdevere23 thanks--have you worn other things from Cotton On as well? Basically I'm wondering if the fact that it's a little big on you would mean that a small would be more appropriate for a 4-6, or meaning if it's just a matter of adjusting the straps (if you know; if you're otherwise familiar with how this brand fits you).

cdevere23 @alialirose this is the only cotton on clothing item I have. I would say that a size small would be more appropriate for you if you are size 4, but this could probs fit you if you are a size 6-8. I am only a size 6 in clothing brands that run smaller :)

2dreamit Hi - From where you have the shoulder straps set to, what is the measurement from shoulder to hem (and how tall are you; it's hard to tell where it is hitting you.) Also, what is the specific fabric fabric content - is it 100% cotton or is it a blend? Thank you!
