Fun, blue cocktail dress with beaded detail

Savannah Rae blue one shouldered cocktail dress with gold bead detail. The one shoulder has a fun shear overlay. Wore once to cocktail party. There is one bead missing on side of dress but not noticeable and can easily be sewn up.
