Fun blue leopard wrap dress with ruffle bottom

This small lightweight dress by Lily Rain is great for a hot summer day, but can also totally work for fall with black tights, boots, and a hat. You can customize the wrap detail to however tight you want it to be. I like to pin the top so it’s not too revealing, but you could also wear a camisole underneath. The ruffle on the bottom is so flattering because it comes up a little higher in the middle. It has puffy sleeves. It is in great condition.
