Soft, Comfy and CUTE black knit dress from Philosophy. Size Small. 95% viscose, 5% spandex. Narrow elastic waist and tiered, ruffle skirt. Bust is approx. 17" laid flat and stretches beyond 21". Waist is 12" unstretched laid flat and stretches to approx 20". Skirt is full. Length from top of shoulder to hem is approx. 31" - hard to measure due to the tiers and the stretch. Excellent preloved condition!
