Fun dress with low neck and 3/4 sleeves

This dress is unique and the jewel colors are gorgeous. It’s a short length with a low neck. Zips and ties in the back. There’s a little band of elastic in the back. Skirt and sleeves have nice movement. It will fit size 8/10
