Fun flamingo dress!

This barely worn dress in is navy with a fun print of kissing pink flamingos. It has an accordion skirt and a flirty neckline. It’s very comfortable and gets lots of compliments. Good fabric for summer but can also be layered for fall. The skirt is lined so it won’t be transparent without a slip. Has belt loops and looks great with or without a skinny belt.
