Fun flare matador skirt - Goth Renaissance black & burgundy panels tassels

Really fun flare skirt - black and burgundy with ruffle and tassels. Just a cool piece I picked up at a boutique years ago in Lake Tahoe and have only worn a handful of times. Super fun and different. Gorgeous material - looks expensive and very unique.
