Fun, flirty Red Palm Tree Party Dress

This is a flowy fun dress! Perfect for summer parties, date night, vacations. Silky fabric, off the shoulder, spaghetti straps. Draper ruffle across bodice and arms, and along hem. Size 0 but fits me and I’m a 4, 5’3” 125 lbs, and is not tight at all. No tags, but bought for an event and never worn.
