Fun flowy summer skirt

Shades of blue and green and an asymmetrical hem make this skirt perfect for summer! Zips on the side, has a side slit and a little loop (pictured above) that I'm still not sure what it's for. You could put some of the hem through it, but it isn't really noticeable if you don't. Has a pale green lining but you still may want a little slip underneath as both layers are pretty sheer. Measures 23" long on zipper side and 32" at the longest point. Waist measures 14.5" flat.
