Fun, lightweight dress/coverup.

Flowy/roomy up top with spilt sleeves that hang down at the shoulder. Drawstring at the waist and fits tight through the bottom. This is short. I’ve posted a picture of me for reference. This is a small, I am 5’4” and around 127 lbs. fun green, blue pattern. Material is silk like, super lightweight.
