Fun off-the-shoulder Top

This can be worn as shown hanging in the picture, or with the top part further down for an off-the-shoulder look. Note, the top part is not connected to the back. There are no straps so the top of the back is open. There is a built in shelf bra. The bodice is loose fitting and blousey.
