Fun retro style navy blue dress.

This tea length dress has a boat neck with an open fishnet look at the shoulders and neckline. It's an A-line that would be adorable with a crinoline under for volume. Bow detail at the waist. Rich navy blue color. Worn three times and stored in a closet. Some loose threads at the neckline, but those can be trimmed. It's very flattering and comfortable. Zip closure with hooks and eyes at the back neckline. Measurements were taken laying flat and are estimates. Shoulder to hem: 40", pit to pit: 15", waist line: 14".
