Fun strapless LBD

This little black dress has a Cotton bodice that looks like velvet and can be worn strapless or use the included straps that can be attached. There is an inside strap that provides extra secure feeling. The front of bodice has boning in two places. The skirt is two layers and polyester. Empire waist has black ribbon detail and the top of bodice has lovely tulip finish pattern and this dress is machine washable. Homecoming is just around the corner
