Fun top with neon flower print! Forever 21+

The neon accent colors in this are super rad and I wish I could wear it! The material is flowy and lightweight, there is a black strip on the shoulder. Pre-worn, but in excellent condition. I purchased it on posh but have to resell as I am too tall for it! It would be fantastic for a short person, measures 25” from shoulder to hem.
