Fun turquoise dress

Lightweight turquoise dress. Sturdy inch wide straps with semi-low cut chest. Two layers to the skirt with an additional ruffle for a unique twist. Light elastic under bust. Could easily put padding into bust area. This lightweight dress is a very vibrant color perfect for the summer and cocktail parties. Very comfortable and easy to wear. Only worn twice-perfect condition. Bought at a boutique in down town Boston.
