These boots are made of soft genuine leather. Can be worn long, there is elastic on the top to hold the boot or you can wear it rolled down. The shoe size is european 38, I am 37.5 and they are still too small. Definiately for very slim foot. Worn only once. Made in Italy.

@marce0610 Hi there, thank you for your interest. They are very narrow! Some websites translate european sizes 38, as american size 7,5 or 8! I am size 7-7,5, but my foot is wider and they are tight! I love the boots and wished they fit me!
