Furnival 1883 Covered Serving Dish - Aesthetic Movement

This is a wonderfully preserved, covered porcelain serving dish by the Furnival pottery company (England). 11” x 7”; 5.5” tall with the lid on. The backstamp indicates manufacture on February 3, 1883. Almost 150 years old. The design is representative of the Aesthetic Movement, with asymmetrical brown, blue and green plant motifs. There is very minimal wear to the glaze and no chips, cracks, repairs, or any sort of damage that I could see.
