Furry fringe vest

Pretty sure this was homemade by someone - I found it in a lost and found and wore it many times to doll up my western vibes. Boots, fringe and fur! The vest seems to be leather with the furry stole is pinned on but I’ve never had any issues with it coming apart - and I have machine washed it (on gentle cycle). It’s in great condition.
