Hi Cynthia! What is the fabric content, please? And is the waistband pretty tight or stretches easily? I'm definitely not a 28" waist and don't want a waistband that binds. Your pup is the cutest, btw!! 😁

@skigirlsf Thanks for reaching out. The waist stretches out to about 38" around. There are no fabric tags because I bought them at and Indian Fair and that's just how Indian clothes are but I think they are a cotton/rayon blend. Fabric is really soft, fluid, and lightweight. What size is the area you want them to fit your waist? I never wore them, I was going to hem them just never got around to it. Their brand new. Let me know how else I can help.
