It has an open upper back with back tie strap for adjusting. The dress is an open knit crochet design that is see-through and not lined. It has a rolled bottom hemline. It is NEW, with tags. One of the plastic hanging strings is broken and has been knotted back together. It is a fitted, bodycon dress! Wear it as a dress or it also makes a great swimsuit cover up! Size XL but fits small.
