The most accurate color is the last photo (with the label). It’s bright, but not quite neon as it’s coming up on my camera. Tagged XS, but it’s very stretchy and can accommodate a s/m as well. The top is two layers of the mesh, but it’s still semi sheer. You can play around with the fabric that makes up the cape. Really special piece! All sales final.
