Fuzzi Tulle Cardigan

Fuzzi Tulle Cardigan, I'm 5'10 and it is 3/4 length on me. Long sleeves that have a ruffle about 2/3 of the way down the sleeve. A ruffle is also about 2/3 down the main part of the cardigan. The size is a XL but fits more like a Medium. Tie in front. Length: Back to bottom of fabric 46" Neck to end of sleeve 28". The tulle is easy to cut if you want to make the sleeves shorter or the main body of the cardigan shorter to fit the length that you would like. Great look over a black top and pants.
