G21 fun Summer dress from UK size 16 (US sz 14)

This colorful summer dress from G 21 was purchased in England. Before I could ever wear it, I got pregnant and it just stayed in the closet forever. The British size is 16 which equates to about a 14 in the United States. The outer shell is made from 100% polyester, and the lining is made with 100% cotton. It has black sheer toile trim at the bottom. (I think that’s what it’s called.)
