headingoutwest @rgeoghegan95 23 inches flat armpit to armpit. It's flexible and there's certainly more give so I would say anything near that measurement would be comfortable and beyond that measurement would still have some room. But don't take that as gospel

headingoutwest @rgeoghegan95 Couldn't say for sure. I wear a size Medium and the most recent O'Neills kit I have is a 2017 Galway Senior Hurling Championship shirt. So if anything has changed in the last few years, I wouldn't be able to compare.
